Haven Flex — own to earn — is an ownership path, not a home type. It applies to any of the three standard homes — Haven Solo (a studio home for one), Haven One (a one-bedroom home), or Haven Duo (a two-bedroom home). You choose the home type; Haven Flex is how you own and earn from it. See the three home types.

You purchase a Haven Flex (own to earn) unit in a Micro Haven community. The title is registered in your name.
Your unit enters the program
Your unit enters Micro Haven's managed rental program — your specific unit, professionally operated.

Your name is on the title. You can sell it, transfer it, or pass it on at any time, just like any other home you own.

After your purchase closes, Maryland Real Estate Services — a Micro Haven property management partner — takes operational control of your unit. Tenant placement, maintenance, service operations, rental income collection. You receive your rental income without doing the landlord work yourself.
