Micro Haven provides the following protection to verified lot owners with active, matched listings:

If a home seeker defaults on lot rent payments for 30 consecutive days and the formal exit process has been initiated, Micro Haven will credit the lot owner's account with up to one month's agreed lot rent while the exit process is completed.

This protection:

• Applies to verified lot owners with active listings only
• Applies after 30 days of confirmed non-payment
• Covers up to one month's agreed lot rent amount
• Is subject to Maryland Real Estate Services confirming default status
• Is funded from platform management fees

This is not an insurance product. It is a platform commitment to verified compound owners.
